One of the best features of the America Supports You website is its messages to our troops and more specifically, the messages written by children.
Red Fridays
I was sent an email encouraging everyone in support of the United States military stationed overseas to wear red on Fridays. I went online to learn more and found an article on Snopes, a website dedicated to uncovering the truth behind everything from emails to rumors to news items. I also came across a website called http://redfridays.us/ containing the basic gist of the email I received. Check it out if you are interested.

Wondering through websites one day, I came across "Operation Birthday Cake," a program that enables family members from the States to surprise their sons or daughters stationed in Okinawa with a cake delivered by one of the local commissaries.
